I enjoyed the delicious breakfast served daily, which was a delightful way to start my mornings while staying close to cultural attractions.

The stay was great, especially given how conveniently located it was to the main plaza and Mercado de Santiago. I appreciated the daily breakfast buffet, which had a good variety of tasty options. After a hot day exploring Casa de los Montejo, it was refreshing to relax in the small pool area on the second floor. Overall, it was a nice blend of comfort and accessibility, perfect for a family getaway.

I was quite disappointed to discover that the pool access we expected was no longer granted. We also wanted to use the jacuzzi, but learned it was only open during daytime hours, which we weren't informed about at check-in. Additionally, a bathroom door lock malfunctioned during our stay, forcing us to use a bathroom down the hall, which really impacted our comfort.

I was almost ready to give a good review, but unfortunately, the experience was let down by continuous noise from the water tank above my room. Plus, the staff didn’t seem to care about my discomfort. A complimentary bottle of wine would’ve been nice, but instead, I received absolutely nothing. So disappointing!

The cozy atmosphere made our stay memorable, especially with the charming decor and vibrant local vibes. My kids enjoyed the flat-screen TV setup, which helped unwind after exploring the beautiful parks and local eateries nearby. Having our little dog made everything even more enjoyable.

For dads, it would be great if there were more kid-friendly amenities.

Wow, our experience here blew me away! The room was a Deluxe Double Room, which was incredibly comfortable and clean. We loved the decorated pasta floors and the beautiful colonial-style decor. The management went above and beyond, arranging a mariachi band as a surprise for my partner's birthday, complete with a birthday cake. The location is perfect for exploring, and walking back at night felt safe.

Breakfast could start a bit earlier.
